Stewart Green began his construction career in the field, working through the trades during high school and college before advancing into field management roles from foreman to superintendent.
That hands-on foundation grew into leadership of complex, high-value projects, including $200 million A++ commercial office facilities, custom landmark historic homes, and mission-critical industrial facilities.
By 2000, that experience had advanced into senior project management, followed by development, design, and construction consulting beginning in 2002. Colt-Green was established in 2007 to give clients direct access to seasoned industry leadership without the drag of lengthy contract negotiations or pre-launch equity entanglements.
Today, Colt-Green Development Advisory provides experienced, consultant-based leadership across development, design, and construction management.
