Mr. Green started his construction experience in the field working through the trades during high-school and college, eventually finding a place in field management to work from foreman to superintendent.

Mr. Green has managed $200M A++ Commercial Office Facilities, Custom Landmark Historic Homes and Mission Critical Industrial Facilities.

Mr. Green continued his experience from Senior Project Manager in 2000 to practicing Development, Design and Construction Consulting since 2002. Colt-Green was established in 2007 to provide clients with a direct source to these industries without the drain of lengthy contract discussions or pre-launch equity conversations.

Colt-Green is a Consultant based Professional Development, Design and Construction Manager.
